AB Contracting, Inc. is West Virginia's premier home builder. We are your source for residential, commercial, and industrial structures. We have been building homes and businesses throughout West Virginia and Ohio for over 20 years. Our experience is evident in each job we undertake. We currently have housing developments in Teays Valley, Parkersburg, Charleston, Hurricane, and Milton. AB Contracting began working on our largest project to date, The Ridges, in early 2007. This premier gated community provides a rustic, peaceful living environment with many amenities. The Ridges is located in South Charleston, just off Rabel Mountain Road. One of our newest developments, Castleknock, is located in Teays Valley. Castleknock offers a unique location between Charleston and Huntington, near the new section of the US 35 with convenient access to US 64. The first phase of this project offers 74 lots that will accommodate a variety of house plans.

In 2006 we branched out into the Modular Home market. We wanted to offer the home buyer more options. AB Modular and our partnership with All American Homes allows us to provide our customers with superb quality of modular homes. AB Modular, like AB Contracting, offers a variety of floor plans and selections.
